All data processing occurs within the UK/EU, in compliance with:

  • No refunds for partial months after 7 days
  • Subscription remains active until billing period ends

5.4.3 Annual Subscriptions

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase
  • Pro-rata refund available up to 30 days
  • No refunds after 30-day period
  • Subscription remains active until period ends

5.4.4 Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds for:

  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 hours
  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Unauthorized charges
  • Billing errors
  • Service discontinuation

Refunds not available for:

  • Change of mind after refund period
  • Unused service time

For educational content:

  • Teachers/institutions retain ownership of created content
  • Student-created content belongs to students/guardians
  • School-specific content remains school property
  • Collaborative projects follow school policies
  • Platform templates remain StoryKraft property
